What you'll do:
- Support manager to plan, organise and implement corporate events and industry engagement related activities with a view to promote HKPC’s services to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal divisions and external organisations to ensure projects and programmes are implemented efficiently and effectively with quality under tight timelines
- Develop marketing materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units
- Support the preparation of official invitation letters, marketing communications, and related materials
- Support holistic project management plan for specific projects to optimise relevant business metrics
- Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner
- Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, event or exhibition management roles, etc.
- Experience in working in association, chamber or related organisation will be advantage
- Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours
