Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Support manager to plan, organise and implement corporate events and industry engagement related activities with a view to promote HKPC’s services to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and external organisations to ensure projects and programmes are implemented efficiently and effectively with quality under tight timelines
  • Develop marketing materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units
  • Support the preparation of official invitation letters, marketing communications, and related materials
  • Support holistic project management plan for specific projects to optimise relevant business metrics
  • Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner
  • Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points
 
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, event or exhibition management roles, etc.
  • Experience in working in association, chamber or related organisation will be advantage
  • Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
