Job Description

What you'll do:

• Manager and administer a Government funding programme that encourage and facilitates Hong Kong - owned factories in Hong Kong and Guangdong to adopt cleaner production technologies and practices
• Support assessment of applications, help preparing assessment reports and assist the monitoring of approved applications
• Handle administrative work and enquiries, providng support to promotional activities and new projects as assigned 
• Occasional travel to Mainland China to perform on-site checking of funded project required
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Information System, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 year’s work experience or above
• Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Experience in Accounting/ Manufacturing industry/ Government funding projects is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI data analysis is preferred
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.
