Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the team to drive strategies to offer business development and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance digital tools, e.g. online portal, mobile application, CRM system and etc.
  • Provide substantial operational support including but not limited to promotional programmes, online marketing materials, e.g. video shooting, social media feeds.
  • Prepare data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives and programmes.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc assignments as required.


You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree in media and communications, social sciences, business administration, marketing or any related discipline.
  • 2 years’ working experience in digital platform management, customer relationship management and/or project management is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of various kinds of digital tools, e.g. CMS, CRM, e-commerce, etc.
  • Good analytical, writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mature, Self-motivated, meticulous and result-oriented.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal upon contract expiry.
