Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Work with the R&D team to develop and implement promotion activities and training programs
  • Facilitate project communications, arrangements and appointments
  • Support project manager in communicating and liaison with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, solution partners or suppliers
  • Travel to China or overseas for on-site project work occasionally
  • Support the project management and ad hoc tasks when required
  • Working at weekend is required when necessary

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering / Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
  • At least 1 year’s work experience preferred
  • Experience in handling / supporting Government funded projects an advantage
  • Basic experience or knowledge on Engineering 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

 

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 18 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
