Job Description

What you'll do:
- Work with the R&D team to develop and implement promotion activities and training programs
- Facilitate project communications, arrangements and appointments
- Support project manager in communicating and liaison with internal and external parties
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, solution partners or suppliers
- Travel to China or overseas for on-site project work occasionally
- Support the project management and ad hoc tasks when required
- Working at weekend is required when necessary
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering / Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
- At least 1 year’s work experience preferred
- Experience in handling / supporting Government funded projects an advantage
- Basic experience or knowledge on Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 18 months.

The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
