Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist Finance Manager to drive accounts receivable function for HKPC, including but not limited to invoicing, performing accounting entries and collections
  • Monitor closely accounts receivable operation of HKPC projects and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
  • Drive regular communications with project in charge and clients on debt collection matters, escalate risk of potential uncollectible receivables to Finance Manager
  • Prepare monthly statement, accounts receivable reports and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the internal and external audit including preparation of relevant schedules
  • Support implementation of digitization and simplification projects to streamline accounts receivable operation
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines with 2 years of solid experience in finance and accounting duties or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience is preferable
  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information 
  • Attentive to details and proactive with strong initiation
  • Strong analytical, organization, planning, self-motivated and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience on SAP is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
