Job Description

What you'll do:

• Ensure compliance of Concur staff expense claims reimbursement and internal procedures, policies and funding guidelines. 
• Perform general accounting functions on Accounts Payable such as invoice payment including 3-way matching and funding disbursements, resolve open issues with internal and external parties
• Assist supervisors in month end closing and prepare monthly journals, audit schedules and bank reconciliations
• Assist supervisors in process improvement projects and support User Acceptance Testing
• Ensure proper filing records on timely basis, handle other ad hoc projects and assignments

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Economics and Finance, or tertiary education with substantive relevant experience in accounts payable function
• At least 2 years of work experience in accounts payable and payment processing is preferred
• Hands-on experience on SAP and/or Concur as an advantage 
• Strong sense of accountability, good communication skills and ability to cope with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in computing packages including Excel and Word
