Job Description

What you'll do:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching and ensure supporting are in compliance with HKPC policies, Non-PO payments with proper approval; organize payment batch by specific grouping, ensure payments are properly approved and processed within payment term
- Perform Vendor Master maintenance
- Support finance digitalization projects including bank connectivity, enhancement in payment automation, KPI reports
- Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliations such as banks, AP & related accounts. Prepare supporting information for audits and liaise with internal auditor/external auditors
- Maintain accounting records/reports and ensure proper filing of records on a timely basis
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as requested
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/related disciplines, or tertiary studies with 3 years or more solid experiences in Accounts Payable/Accounting duties
- Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
- Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage
- A team player with willing-to-learn and can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications
