Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for Account Payable function, including 3-way matching, ensure supporting are in compliance with HKPC policies, ensure payments are properly approved and processed within payment term.
  • Other non-vendor payments
  • Vendor Master maintenance
  • Maintain accounting records, schedules and reports related to accounts payable.
  • Prepare and review monthly audit schedules and reconciliations such as banks, AP & related accounts.  Prepare supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with internal auditor and the external auditors.
  • Support other finance digitalization projects including enhancement in payment automation, KPI reports.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines with 2 years of solid experience in finance and accounting duties or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience
  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
  • Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

2. This is a position of a fixed-term contract of 5 months.
