Job Description

What you'll do:
- Develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications and software systems
- Provide daily project and administrative support to the project team in compliance with HKPC’s standard practices
- Assist project manager in project coordination and administration such as budget planning, operation, implementation, preparing reports
- Handle project management systems, i.e. SAP, project creation, preparing requests, purchase order and project closing etc.
- Support various types of event activities such as conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops and trainings
- Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Information Systems, STEM or a related discipline, or Diploma/High Diploma with 2 years of working experiences.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, requirement documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Preferable have working experience in LLM application, agent development or project management
- Ability to multitask, meet tight timelines, organize, strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Have passion for new technology development
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the position when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
