What you'll do:
- Partner with the Unit Head and Senior Manager to support the development and growth of local SMEs and start-ups through Hong Kong, GBA and global connections by providing up-to-date market information and delivering funding support programmes
- Being the key team player in funding information sharing and dedicated advisory services to SMEs
- Develop and maintain partnership with various stakeholders include but not limited to associations, chambers and business communities for outreach activities
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to manage high-impact industry-wide programmes and projects to achieve the expected performance outcomes
- Compile operational statistics, conduct analysis of programme data and stakeholders’ views to identify and implement measures, and prepare relevant reports and meeting materials to achieve the expected performance outcome
- Assist supervisors on ad hoc projects as requested
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above in disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Social Science, or equivalent
- Well-versed in government funding schemes
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B client management, industry support, and relations management
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and project and client relationship management skills with a visionary mindset
- Sound relationships with various industries, trade associations, professional institutes, and public bodies
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Putonghua)
