Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Provide pre-application support and consultation session to the applicants regarding to the application/ assessment issues and conduct seminars to introduce and promote the funding scheme.

  • Process and conduct assessment of the funding scheme applications and compile the relevant reports and summary lists.

  • Monitor the implementation of funded projects.  Assess the progress & final reports (including audited accounts) from the grantees and prepare the report assessment and relevant documents for funding disbursement as required.

  • Perform on-site checking for applicant enterprises and funded projects.

  • Participate in preparing the Programme documents and data analysis for performance monitoring.

  • Assist to review and enhance the guidelines, operating procedures and control mechanisms of the funding programme secretariat.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Sciences, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience in implementing government funding schemes and / or handling Government funded projects is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
