Job Description

What you'll do:
- Project controller managing the financial aspect over the life cycle of integrated service projects undertaken by HKPC.
- Finance business partner to leaders of business divisions to drive financial and operating results, provide FP&A support and advice on financial matters to support business within control framework.
- Facilitate divisions in preparing monthly forecast and annual budget. Lead monthly division operating reviews.
- Prepare various financial and project management scorecard and reports for HKPC to monitor performance against target and ensure compliance to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with government funded project team to handle secretariat progress reports and project audits in line with funding guidelines. Act as gate keeper of government funded projects to ensure quality delivery of financial statement.
- Drive culture of simplification, enhance process flow in particular on project management module.
- Support other projects / assignments as determined by supervisor.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree or above from Accounting or Finance related disciplines or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of solid experience in management accounting and reporting.
- Qualified accountant with HKICPA, or equivalent. Well-acquainted with HKFRS15 in business consultancy practice.
- Experience in project controlling and business analysis preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
