Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team to implement Government funding programme to enhance industry development and growth 

  • Supervise and lead teammates to implement the processes in technical application vetting, project monitoring and reporting to assure programme effectiveness with quality 

  • Conduct technical assessment on funding applications in relation to technology research and application 

  • Liaise with applicants and government bodies for applications processing 

  • Conduct analysis of programme data and stakeholders’ views to identify and implement measures to achieve the expected performance levels 

  • Conduct research, analyse and compile the market needs and technology trend of local industries  

  • Responsible for project management and reporting to senior management  

  • Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance public understanding of the industry funding programme


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent 

  • 8 years' work experience preferably in science / engineering / innovation & technology / funding scheme 

  • Good writing, presentation and communication skills and able to work under pressure 

  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
