Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Lead and deliver government funded and/or consultancy projects including seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, surveys, company visits and study missions in driving digital transformation and innovation of the industries in Hong Kong 
  • Oversee project costs, handle projects’ financial activities, project documentation and report writing
  • Identify business opportunities, map out development plan and prepare project proposals for government funded and/or consultancy projects
  • Liaise with industry partners to pursue collaboration for creating new projects and other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects when required
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China and/or overseas may be required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Communication, Digital Transformation or related discipline, with at least 5 years or above relevant experience in events management 
  • Experience in government funded projects is an advantage
  • Good presentation, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
