What you'll do:

  • Lead the AI related projects (e.g. AI Recruitment tool, AI chatbot for HR self-service, AI Document Management tool) and Onboarding Module Project in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring successful implementation within budget, timeline, and configuration scope, while effectively managing stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical teams on system performance, UAT, new releases, and feature implementations across HR systems.
  • Manage and optimize core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, HRIS IPL, and AI feature modules, using Power Automate to enhance process efficiency.
  • Manage annual audits, including Security Risk Assessments (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), for all HR-related systems.
  • Govern and manage system risk, privacy, and compliance across multiple HR platforms.
  • Develop and execute HR analytics strategies to deliver insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and enhance the reporting and analytics framework, workflow processes, and system performance, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree or above in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of solid HR information technology and design experience, as well as experience in HR analytics.
  • Proven expertise in managing SAP SuccessFactors modules for Employee Central, On-boarding, Recruitment and Reporting; HRIS IPL, AI-enabled features, other HR related systems, and Strong proficient in Power Automate and AI-enabled tools for process automation and integration.
  • Strong vendor management, project management, communication skill, analytical skill, attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, the ability to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability and possess can-do attitude
  • Proficient in data analytic tools including Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Excel; PowerBI is a must
  • Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
  • Knowledge of HR related regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
