What you'll do:
- Lead the new annual project of Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) on major finance and procurement systems. Be the focal point between the auditors and our stakeholders/users.
- Key participant in SAP upgrade project, S/4HANA (FICO, MM, PS modules, revenue recognition programs).
- Manage contractors/vendor technical teams to develop, enhance, maintain, and provide day-to-day support to our systems (SAP, Concur, BI, SAC etc) to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, requirement meetings, and delivering system trainings.
- Provide business input and technology advice to lead requirements analysis and system design.
- Perform internal quality assurance on software development projects, provide 2nd level of maintenance and support, and follow up on cybersecurity-related tasks.
- Review existing systems, change requests, and procedures, as well as make recommendations for approval of changes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including design documents, training manuals, etc., as required to ensure proper software version control and change control are in place.
- Provide ad hoc support on division projects if needed.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree in Information System, Accounting/Finance. Computer Science or related discipline is a plus.
- At least 8 years’ experience in managing SAP system and various modules, process and data flow, queries and reporting with 2 years’ experience in the capacity as a Finance System Analyst/Manager preferred
- Proven track records in medium to large-scale SAP application/modules implementation, system integration, enhancement and customization, queries and reporting
- Wide exposure as the focal point/project manager among IT dept, External consultants and Vendors, Stakeholders, Users, and Finance team.
- Solid experience in vendor and user management; Holder of certifications in SAP and PMP will be an advantage
- Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and strive to meet the project schedule ; Strong project management, problem solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
