Job Description

What you'll do:
- Lead and optimize venue operations by developing and implementing strategic plans that drive efficiency and performance across all aspects of venue services — including sales targets, service excellence, CRM utilization, and booking system optimization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (both internal and external), providing tailored recommendations to maximize venue bookings, encourage repeat business, and elevate overall client satisfaction.
- Innovate and improve service offerings, identifying opportunities to develop new services and enhance existing ones to meet evolving client needs and market trends.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including venue usage, revenue, and visitor traffic. Prepare and present detailed reports such as budget forecasts, sales performance, and booking analytics.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement, overseeing contracts, facility management, and logistical support to ensure seamless event execution.
- Lead and support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in front-of-house and event operations, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels — from internal teams to high-profile clients.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset — adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
- Candidates who can demonstrateknowledge of AI, or experience andability to apply Generative AI tools intheir work, will be preferred.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
