Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Serve as digital leader to oversee assigned IT projects in relation to the Funding Scheme Branch (FSB) to ensure they are delivered on time, with high quality and within the budget and project scope;
  • Collaborate with internal IT team to manage various vendors in development, maintenance and to provde support on digitlaisation solutions to meet business needs.
  • Utilize the big data for tracking the KPIs and provide insight/analysis on process, development, technology and innovative solutions for better operational efficiency; 
  • Ensure appropriate standards are adopted and effective quaity control mechanism are built into the project plan;
  • Drive effective communication on requirements, timelines, service requests, system design and implementation with all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor and provide constant update on projects progress and documentations to management, and to establish Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to access the effectiveness of projects;
  • Faciliate the implementation of a business intelligence platform to cultivate a data-informed decision-marking environment;

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • A recognised degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related discipline; with project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile / Scrum Master or equivalent qualification(s) would be an advantage;
  • At least 6 years' experience in IT Application/Software development, and with track records in implementation of internal or external IT projects and/or complex sizeable business transformations, preferably with experience in multi-sites system deployment; 
  • Wide spectrum of IT Enterprise application knowledge (e.g. Cusomter Relationship Management (CRM), E-Commerce, etc.), good emerging technologies knowhow (e.g. Cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Apps, etc);
  • Track Records in managing projects related to application architecture (On-Premise/Cloud Environement), Artificial Interlligence (AI), Data Management, IT Infrastructure, system configuration & security, softare testing, Web Service/WebAPI (RESTful) Management, mobile apps deploying and drive DevSecOps Model; 
  • Proven experience in analysing and documenting complex business processes, and capable to motivate and drive changes in rapid speed;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and time management, and capable in vendor management and user expectation alignment
