Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Accountable for the overall success by driving the digitalisation project’s end-to-end life cycle, from design to implementation.
  • Support management team of Funding Scheme branch (FSB) for digitalisation budget planning
  • Manage vendors to develop, maintain and provide support to all digitalisation solutions to meet future business needs.
  • Serve as a digital leader in communication with business users to understand their needs and manage all levels of stakeholders.
  • Review existing IT systems in FSB, evaluate and identify new technologies to address the operational and compliance needs for improvement implementation.
  • Act as program lead on artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalisation project activities including progress meeting, requirement meeting, UAT and delivering system trainings.
  • Prepare and maintain documentations including design documents, training manual etc. as required to ensure proper software version control and change control are in place.
  • Support FSB management to utilize the big data for tracking and monitoring the performance pledges and KPIs.

 

 

You will be a good fit if you have/are: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 6 years’ experience in IT Application / Software development with 3 years’ experience in the capacity as a Program Management preferred
  • Proficient in .Net, PHP, JavaScript programming language, skilful in MSSQL, MySQL and MariaDB
  • Experience and knowledge in any of the area(s) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and usage, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Data Lake structures, and Big Data applications. 
  • Solid track records in medium to large-scale cloud application implementation and system integration; wide exposure in different software development tools and programming framework
  • Solid experience in vendor and user management
  • Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and strive to meet the project schedule
