Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Guide the team and implement agreed corporate communication strategies and plans to achieve company’s objectives and brand propositions
  • Devise and execute effective media strategies and plans covering both traditional and online platforms
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with business partners, media, and key stakeholders, including but not limited to handle media enquiries and concerns and prepare appropriate responses, update media stakeholder's database timely, assist in organising all press events and media engagement activities
  • Draft LTT for issue management
  • Apply brand journalism, pitch executive interviews and publicity opportunities, to raise brand awareness and uplift brand equity
  • Develop and gatekeep all contents for corporate literature, including press releases, promotional collaterals, speeches, presentation materials, boilerplates, factsheets, executive profiles, letters, and advertorials, etc.
  • Monitor the design and production of quality corporate publications, both textually and visually
  • Prepare daily news clippings report and conduct verbal news reporting to management when necessary 

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above from any disciplines with four years of relevant experience in editing, corporate communications, journalism, media relations, public affairs, and translation, etc.
  • Relevant experience in supervisory roles will be an advantage
  • Able to write and edit with speed and accuracy in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, while being capable to create clear, engaging, and informative messages
  • An eye for detail to proofread publications and collaterals
