Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations to ensure they are performed with quality and on a timely manner; Ensure aged items have commentary and are being investigated
  • Oversee budgetary control and monitoring as well as fixed asset management
  • Implement and improve internal controls, workflow and processes
  • Support financial reporting and preparation of Council papers
  • Support month end closing, review of disbursements and annual group consolidation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for auditing matters
  • Ensure compliance to internal policies, accounting standards and relevant rules and regulations
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and reporting as required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Degree or above from Accounting or Finance related disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ controllership experience with multinational or sizable organizations
  • Qualified Accountant, with experience and knowledge of HKFRS 15
  • Independent, self-motivated, team player, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good command of English
