What you'll do:

• Assist the Team Head in managing the government funding programme related to Chinese Medicine Development in Hong Kong.
• Conduct assessment of Government-funded programme applications and prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver robust presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress and final reports from the grantees, provide consultations and prepare necessary documents for funding disbursement. Handle enquiries and liaise with grantees and stakeholders.
• Lead digitalisation efforts to enhance and maintain the database for the funding programme and provide analysis on programme progress and achievements regularly.
• Facilitate effective meetings of the Advisory Committee and take the lead in preparing meeting materials.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Chinese Medicine, Science or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementing government funding schemes and/or handling government-funded projects preferred.
• Knowledge in Chinese Medicine, the Chinese Medicine industry, and/or related research is an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
