What you'll do:

• Assist the Team Head in managing the government funding programme related to Chinese Medicine Development in Hong Kong.
• Conduct assessment of government-funded programme applications, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver robust presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead promotion campaigns and initiatives to promote and publicise the funding scheme.
• Plan and develop various promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, advertorials, EDMs, and content for social media channels.
• Organise promotional events and engagement activities to promote the funding scheme, and liaise with grantees and stakeholders
• Facilitate effective meetings of the Advisory Committee and take the lead in preparing meeting materials.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in implementing government funding schemes and/or handling government-funded projects preferred.
• Knowledge in Chinese Medicine, the Chinese Medicine industry is an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong writing skills in Chinese preferred.
