Job Description

What you'll do
- Standardize the ERP process and provide best practices that comply with company policies
- To conduct thorough research on the extended ERP module or new features and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- To conduct regular reviews of ERP data, prepare user requirements, and perform UAT for ERP enhancements, all aimed at achieving continuous improvement
- Serve as the advisor, and provide support to the Divisional ERP Operations Support team
- Serve as the trainer, provide guidance on system change, and share lessons learned. Additionally, train project managers on how to effectively leverage ERP functions for better end-to-end project management
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in ERP operations and project management gained from sizeable organizations
- Solid track record in business process analysis and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically in project system and material management modules, is highly desired
- Experience and/or knowledge about S4 HANA is a plus
- Preferred qualifications include certification in Lean Six Sigma and PMP
- Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
