Job Description

What you'll do
- Conduct desktop research and review on the Chinese Medicine, complementary Medicine, bio-med, health-tech, healthcare and pharmaceutical-related local, national and international regulations, project background, industry trends, industry news etc.
- Preparing project proposals, detailed technical documents, and progress reports
- Provide support in government and consultancy projects: assisting proposal preparation, conducting desktop research, handle tasks of corporate internal system like SAP, TMS, Hubspot etc
- Handle and orgainise seminars, study missions, workshops and exhibitions by providing event supports, onsite management, handle internal and external communications
- Handle the documentation of the projects, support in the event management system, assist in the client/stakeholder meetings and support in technical report/proposal writings and ad hoc assignments
- Leverage AI tools and UI/UX design, data analysis, report generation, and presentation/project design materials for AI related projects
- Handling ad-hoc tasks as required with flexibility and adaptability to effectively address project needs and challenges
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Studying in Bachelor degree from disciplines such as Chinese Medicine/ Health-related fields/ Medical service-related fields/ Project management and Business/Computer Science or AI related fields
- At least 2-3 relevant intern or part-time working experience and well organized with the capability to achieve multi-tasks goal
- Relevant experience in medical, medicine and diagnosis related R & D projects or consultancy preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies/tools (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts or design principles is a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication and logical thinking, presentation and report writing skills, and self-motivated
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred

2. This is a position of Internship programme of 6 months. ( From Jan 2027 to June 2027)
