Job Description

What you'll do:
- Act as a trusted business partner with respective business divisions to provide professional and value-added HR service
- Oversee the employee journey from onboarding, employee communications, performance management, talent development and retention management
- Review and maintain all HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable labour law and regulations, and facilitate regular compliance audits on HR policies and procedures to ensure the practices are in conformance with the corporate requirements
- Enhance and implement best practices to improve work efficiency and digitalise the work process by adopting appropriate technology solutions
- Provide regular reporting to management on different HR related metrics
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in sizable and multicultural corporations. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources
- Proven track record in managing people matters in high growth and matrix organisation
- Ability to communicate with and influence key business stakeholders on different complex and difficult HR matters, able to identify and advise the solutions
