Job Description

What you'll do:

• To be responsible for business development, lead the project team to develop the digital manufacturing system to comply international standards e.g. IATF16946, ISO13485, etc. In addition, able to conduct the logistic flow analysis and develop the smart warehouse with IOT, Robotics and AI solution, etc.  
• To lead a professional team to apply and implement the R&D works for both government funded and consultancy projects related to smart city and manufacturing industry. 
• To lead the team to achieve the annual goals, financial targets and non-financial KPIs 
• To enhance the collaborations with industries, industrial associations, professional bodies and Government bureau to explore new business opportunities, identify and engage clients to build up track records and health project's pipeline
• To travel to Mainland China and overseas for project supervision and implementation occasionally

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technology or engineering disciplines such as Automation, Intelligent System and Control, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent with 15 years or more relevant experience
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in technical solutions development and consultancy services, with at least 4 years in management positions, track record in team management, business development, technology development related to intelligent systems, innovative solutions, etc.
• In-depth understanding the knowledge of smart manufacturing, digital management system and process optimisation related technique with successful cases for sharing
• To have hands-on experience in related Government Funding and R&D project's management and implementation; and familiar with the local industries, government bodies and R&D institutions
