Job Description

What you'll do:
- Lead a team with the mission and vision to support the development and growth of local SMEs and start-ups
- Lead and manage a Government commissioned project to provide advisory service to assist industries to understand the requirements of various Government funding schemes
- Be familiar with and identify the needs of SMEs through regular interactions with industry associations, professional institutes and other stakeholders, and partner with HKPC’s various business functions to drive and capitalise industry support opportunities for SMEs
- Develop new industry networks and strengthen the collaboration with local, GBA, and global organisations to enhance HKPC’s strengths in SME and start-up support
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to manage high-impact industry-wide programmes and projects to achieve the expected performance outcomes
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Social Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in B2B client management, industry support, relations management, event management or sponsorship preferable
- Strong leadership, business acumen, project and client relationship management skills with visionary mindset
- Sound relationship with various industries, trade associations, professional institutes, and public bodies
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
