Job Description

What you'll do:

 

  • Drive the organization’s people strategy via the development, implementation and communication of effective total rewards program to attract, retain, motivate and engage talents
  • Proactively review and make improvements to HR practices, processes and systems.  Ensuring that all documentation remains compliant and fit for purpose
  • Responsible and accountable for HR data integrity, security, quality and consistency in our HRIS, to deliver accurate and reliable data at all times and make sure processes are in place to meet requirements
  • Drive the HR Analytics design and enhancement by understanding our leaders’ needs and transform into meaningful analytics to enhance management decisions
  • Manage the design and implementation plan of HRIS (SuccessFactors)
  • Manage the performance management and reward processes to ensure that performance-based reward is implemented and managed consistently
  • Keep abreast of the latest rewards trends. Provide timely advice and updates on market intelligence to drive effective HR decisions
  • Partner closely with Finance and HR team to oversee HR budget
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and programmes

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

 

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 15 years’ solid C&B experience
  • Previous experience in managing HRIS is highly preferrable  
  • Proven project management experience in C&B programmes revamp, design and implementation with successful track records
  • Strong analytical thinking with previous experience in designing HR analytics
  • Good knowledge and application of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance a must
  • Strong communication, and problem solving skills
  • Proactive, high accuracy and strategic mind-set with a hands-on approach
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
