What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a unit of HR functions, comprising talent acquisition, people partnering, C&B, talent management, culture, HRIS and shared service for HKPC and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and the Mainland
- Oversee a strong team to drive and optimise the people functions for delivering a high standard of excellence in overall people management processes and policies
- Develop talent acquisition and management plan and drive initiatives to attract, retain, develop and engage hi-tech talents in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas
- Design and plan corporate-wide projects and programmes in relation to the rewards strategy, and drive the performance management exercise
- Cultivate a pleasant and energetic workplace through different HR initiatives and establish different communities/focus groups so as to nurture the company culture
- Understand the business and formulate strategic HR plans to cope with the business directions
- Cultivate strong relationship with business units, provide professional advice on HR management and organisation development, manage and engage the employees during the entire life-cycle
- Lead digital transformation and process simplification to streamline existing processes and champion continuous improvement
- Establish and review HR policy and procedures, adopt market best practices, and oversee compliance matters
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 10 years' or more relevant experience
- Experienced partner to business management and stakeholders in leading key objectives, change management initiatives with successful outcomes
- Hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, employer brand management, digital transformation, organisational culture
- Ability to spread shared values across the employees and reinforce them for cultural development
- Ability to work and lead in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and effectively handle multiple complex and competing priorities independently
- Business and people acumen, with ability to influence staff and managers at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking, excellent coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience in working with HKSAR and/or Mainland Government will be an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
