Head, Cyber Security (HKCERT) 
Digital Transformation Division

Job Duties: 

 

  • Lead a team of security consultants and analysts to deliver cyber security services, including the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) project, cyber security strategic advisory, risk management and security consultancy projects
  • Be the spokesperson of HKCERT
  • Promote the public awareness and professional branding of HKPC and HKCERT, and expand our presence in the market
  • Represent HKCERT to participate and / or present in local and overseas conferences
  • Liaise and connect with a variety of clients and external parties including government, critical organizations, ISPs, security vendors and researchers and overseas computer emergency response teams (CERTs) and agencies to communicate security issues, recommendations and deliverables, and build strategic partnership
  • Formulate cyber security strategy for IoT and cyber threat intelligence, and develop new cyber security services and market to the industry to achieve solid business results
  • Deliver public speech and press release to various audience, including management, professionals, media and general public. Compile security articles for professionals
  • Develop training courses to upskill the cyber security knowledge of IT professionals in HK
  • Develop the people, process and technologies of the team. Set performance standards to meet service goals of projects

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related disciplines with at least 12 years’ experience in information security, application development or IT infrastructure management
  • Strong leadership experience in information security management and communication with senior management and clients
  • Track record in business development of cyber security consulting.  Sales experience a plus.
  • Professional certification and experience in information security such as CISSP or CISA
  • Experience in Security Operation Centre an advantage
  • Strong social network in IT and security community and security related associations, good interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills. 
  • Good problem-solving skill and risk management capability
  • Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking and can work under pressure
  • Strong presentation skill.  Public speaking experiences an advantage
  • Good command of English. Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus but not mandatory
