Job Description

What you'll do:

• Lead finance operation providing overall control of financial and accounting matters for HKPC Group in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
• Act as business partner to senior management to formulate financial and strategic plans for growing the business and driving the performance.
• Drive controllership in business operation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
• Supervise finance team to ensure preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and manage cash flow in accordance with policy.
• Drive digitization and simplification projects to streamline finance processes.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to drive annual budgeting process and preparation of financial statements for government funded projects.
• Lead annual audit and liaise with internal auditors and external auditors. Manage relationship with external stakeholders.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from disciplines such as Accounting and Financial Management, or equivalent
• Over 15 years of solid experience in financial accounting of which at least 5 years fulfilling a leading position
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA, or equivalent. Well-acquainted with HK and PRC accounting and taxation system
• Strong business acumen, result orientation, meticulous and methodical
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
