Job Description

What you'll do:
- Formulate roadmap and lead the team to grow service portfolio in carbon neutrality, and ESG certification/ training by providing professional consultancy service and research. projects from government funding or other resources, commercialize developed environmental services and technologies.
- Identify business opportunities in both Hong Kong and mainland China, prepare project proposals and conduct technical presentation to clients.
- Supervise and lead the team to execute on-going projects with effective risk & opportunity management in accordance with corporate policies. This will include other service portfolio such as waste management consultancy services and environmental policy studies.
- Develop and implement services promotion strategy and plan for “Go Global” to secure projects from various sectors and/or government funding.
- Manage and coordinate technology development activities.

- Build up and extend network with industry stakeholders for collaboration.
- Manage team performance, develop technical knowhow and competencies of the team.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Master’s degree or above in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years’ relevant experience preferred in the field of sustainability practices, carbon management strategies, and ESG frameworks / environmental technology development
- Familiarity with international, mainland China and local regulations related to ESG and carbon neutrality.
- Experience in developing and executing business strategies, including market analysis and client acquisition.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to ESG and sustainability.
- Professional certifications in ESG, sustainability, or carbon management (e.g., LEED, GRI, ISO 14001) are highly desirable.
