Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support in consultancy and R&D project lifecycle: assisting proposal preparation, conducting desktop research, and implementing projects under supervisors' guidance
  • Implement government platform projects under the supervision of team leaders: planning and executing various kinds of events (e.g. seminars, showcases, exhibitions, training cources, etc.) 
  • Handle in-house systems for the team: maintaining various internal systems, websites and databases as well as providing webinar support
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned 

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Biochemistry/ Biotechnology & Business/ Health-related fields/ Business or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication and report writing  skills
  • Good command of English

 

Note:

2. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
