Job Description

What you'll do:   

  • Provide dedicated advisory services on government funding schemes to SMEs and startups
  • Participate in sharing sessions and handle customer enquiries
  • Initiate and connect with different partners to organise outreach activities for promotion and publicity of our services
  • Support the development and growth of local SMEs and startups through Hong Kong, GBA and global connections by providing up-to-date market information and funding support programmes
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to manage high-impact industry-wide programmes and projects to achieve the expected performance outcomes
  • Compile programme statistics, conduct analysis of case tracking and stakeholders’ views to identify and implement appropriate measures, and prepare relevant reports
  • Assist unit head and supervisors on any ad hoc projects as requested

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Social Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in B2B client management, industry support, relations management, event or sponsorship management.  Solid experience of funding advisory is preferable
  • Strong business acumen, communication and analytical skills with visionary mindset
  • Sound relationship with various industries, trade associations, professional institutes, and public bodies
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

 

Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
