Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Supervise and lead team-mates on system design and develop hardware or software solutions in Smart Mobility(SM) and Autonomous Driving Technology (AD Tech) areas
  • Responsible for project initiative, implementation and management including feasibility study, solution development of projects in SM and AD
  • Responsible for operation analysis and system design, and liaise with collaboration parties from industry, University and other R&D Institutes to formulate feasible solutions addressing clients’ needs by integrating various technologies for consultancy and/or government funded projects
  • Assist in organising and delivering promotional activities related to the projects, such as study missions, workshops, technical seminars, training course, etc.
  • Responsible for the technical document writing and technology development
  • Support project management and ad-hoc tasks when required; Travel outside Hong Kong occasionally           

 

 

You'll be good a good fit if you have/are: 

  • Master Degree or above in Computer Science Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent with hands on experience in research and product development work
  • 15 years or more working experience in product or R&D projects on system design and management
  • Experience in any one of below skills and knowledge an advantage:
    • Autonomous Driving Vehicles, Mobile robot or AGV technologies
    • AI and IOT technologies
    • Automotive electronic control systems
    • Robotic Operating System (ROS)
  • Experience in any one of program language in C/C++/C# / MATLAB / Python programming/Java Script, etc. is a plus
  • Experience in robotics, automation system development, system integration, system simulation, software programming, or product design is a plus
