Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure & Operation Support Team to support and deliver corporate-wide IT services for HKPC and its subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to the IT policies, standards, and guidelines and be responsible for developing the overall enterprise architecture framework.
  • Assist Unit Head in identifying and analyzing user requests for IT services, participating in the IT strategic plan, and making recommendations for the enhancement of IT infrastructure and operation support.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure and Helpdesk outsourcing vendor for the betterment of corporate-wide IT services, assisting team members in resolving complex and challenging issues.
  • Oversee IT procurement and offer expert advice on IT infrastructure for divisional projects.
  • Ensure optimal team performance by developing a training plan to enhance the capabilities and careers of team members. 

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/ are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in implementing and integrating large-scale IT infrastructure, system integration, and providing end-user support services. Prior experience working in a public organization, with a deep understanding of public sector processes, policies and compliance is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in cloud platform management, data center management, network, security products, ServiceNow, Windows Server, VMWare vSphere, Virtual Desktop, AWS, Azure and Microsoft AD domain infrastructure
  • CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Linux, Microsoft, CISSP, ITIL or other certification a plus
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, project relationship management skills with visionary mindset
  • Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure
