What you'll do:

 

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team responsible for overseeing internal cybersecurity management, ensuring the seamless operation of cybersecurity technology platforms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act promptly to address cybersecurity risks and effectively handle all security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and guidelines. Lead cybersecurity audit exercises to maintain high standards of security.
  • Collaborate with team members to review information security architecture. 
  • Explore and evaluate the latest cybersecurity tools and platforms. Develop practical measures for their implementation.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization. Prepare user guides, update relevant websites, and conduct training sessions to educate staff and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/ are:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in implementing and integrating large-scale IT infrastructure, system integration, and providing end-user support services.
  • Solid experience in Security Operations Centre (SOC) management, Incident Response (IR), threat hunting, security products, cloud security architecture, and network and application security management.
  • Hold at least one professional information security certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Familiar with IT Security Guidelines and Practice Guides published by Digital Policy Office (DPO) of HKSAR Government.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, project relationship management skills with visionary mindset
  • Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure
