Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead presales and end-to-end solution design for LLM- and VLM-based applications, including NL-to-SQL data agents, RAG knowledge platforms, AI chatbots (text and voice), document intelligence pipelines (OCR + LLM), and vision-language applications; define scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution architectures and guide technical teams accordingly
  • Client Engagement & Consulting: Manage client engagement end to end, from requirement analysis and solution proposal through delivery and project closure; work closely with government departments, enterprises, and partners to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs
  • Demo & Prototype Building: Build hands-on prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility, demonstrate business value, and support presales, stakeholder buy-in, and project execution
  • Knowledge Curation & Technology Exploration: Consolidate existing best practices and reusable patterns from delivered projects, while continuously exploring and trialing new LLM, VLM, and AI agenttechnologies to enrich solution offerings and internal knowledge base

 

You’ll be a good fit if you have / are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, with a demonstrated track record of strong learning ability
  • Practical experience and solid knowledge in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, NLP, or machine learning applications
  • 2+ years of experience in software solution delivery, system integration, or technology consulting
  • Demonstrable hands-on coding experience, with the ability to independently build AI prototypes or proof-of-concepts (preferably in Python)
  • Strong project management capability; experience in government or large enterprise projects is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will consider Technical Officer position
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage
