What you'll do:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead presales and end-to-end solution design for LLM- and NLP-based applications, including knowledge graph construction and reasoning, agentic-AI driven data analytics pipelines, domain-specific model fine-tuning, and intelligent research automation; secure project opportunities through both commercial engagement and research funding applicaiton.
- Project Delievery & Consulting: Manage project delievery end to end, from requirement analysis and solution proposal through delivery and project closure; work closely with government departments, enterprises, research institutions, and partners to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs
- Demo & Prototype Building: Build hands-on prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility, demonstrate business value, and support presales, stakeholder buy-in, and project execution
- Knowledge Curation & Technology Exploration: Consolidate existing best practices and reusable patterns from delivered projects, while continuously exploring and trialing new LLM, NLP, and AI agent technologies to enrich solution offerings and internal knowledge base
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, with a demonstrated track record of strong learning ability
- PhD with hands-on experience leveraging agentic AI for scientific research is an advantage
- Practical experience and solid knowledge in LLMs, NLP, knowledge graphs, AI agents, or machine learning applications
- 3+ years of experience in software solution delivery, system integration, or technology consulting
- Demonstrable hands-on coding experience, with the ability to independently build AI prototypes or proof-of-concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills regarding technical solutions, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Open to exploring new applications of agentic AI across scientific and enterprise domains
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Familiar with leveraging agentic AI tools to handle office paperwork in high quality is an advantage
