Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Explore and drive new business opportunities in smart building, smart energy, AI, robotics and Testing and Certification
  • Work closely with oversea and local partners to setup and manage the BACnet laboratory
  • To manage R&D and consultancy projects in smart building and smart energy applications, AI, robotics and Testing and Certification, i.e. electromagnetic compatibility and etc
  • Identify, secure, and manage government-funded R&D projects proposals (e.g., ITF),
  • Assist in marketing strategy formulation and business development

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above with disciplines in Building Service, Building Engineering, Energy Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Possess a minimum 5 years of work experience in related field
  • Good knowledge on BMS/IBMS will be advantage
  • Possess good business relationship with ASPHRAE or HKIE building related community
