Job Description

What you'll do:
- Provide dedicated advisory services to SMEs, including delivering presentations and give sharing on government funding schemes across various industries
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing initiatives (e.g. seminars, outreach activities, exhibitions, and digital campaigns), lead end-to-end event and project management, covering promotion strategy, content development, on-site logistics, procurement, vendor management, and post-event evaluation with data analysis
- Manage digital marketing, PR, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Develop high-quality marketing content and materials, leveraging strong copywriting skills in both Chinese and English
- Support the growth of local SMEs and start-ups by facilitating access to funding programmes and connecting them with opportunities in HK, GBA, and global markets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver impactful industry programmes that achieve targeted performance outcomes
- Assist supervisors in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing Communications, Social Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing and event management, with funding knowledge and industry support preferable
- Strong leadership, multi-tasking with business acumen, and project and client relationship management skills
- Multi-tasking with strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
- Candidates who demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
