Job Description

What you'll do:

  • To conduct intensive technology search for identifying the latest Life&Health Industry and related emerging technologies development directions
  • To undertake Life&Health relative product/process development & optimization based on relevant regulatory and standard protocol from product design, risk assessment, prototyping, verification & validation, testing & certification, clinical trial and pilot run along the product development process  
  • To execute technology projects and industry-wide enhancement projects for enterprises, industry associations, engineering societies and/or government departments
  • To partner with local and overseas R&D Center and Universities for accelerating technology transfer, development and commercialisation
  • To undertake technology promotion, demonstration and commercialisation activities for creating industry awareness, business pitching and accelerating adoption
  • Travel to the Mainland and Overseas for undertaking business activities and service delivery is needed
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor or above from sciences, technology or engineering disciplines related to Mechanical, Electrical engineering, Mechatronics equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in applied research & development, product&process development, manufacturing for biomedical, functional food, medical device, or other life & health related industries
  • Relevant experience in facility setup for PIC/GMP, GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14644 & ISO 22000, e.g. HVAC, PW and CDA system
  • Hands on experience on new product&process development, Computer Aided Design & Engineering (CAD&E) & 3D modelling, prototyping, testing & certification, pilot run, etc.
  • Hands on experience on international or national regulatory requirements, standards, quality system, pre-market approval, etc.
  • Strong commitment with positive and results oriented attitude and mindset, sensitive and fast adoption to new emerging technologies, strong business and financial accountability & ownership, excellent interpersonal, time & project management and leadership skills, able to work under pressure and independent, excellent presentation skill, etc.
