Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Implement Government funded R&D projects and client consultancy projects on material and processing developments for different applications (e.g. Battery, Hydrogen Fuel Cell, Thermal Management Materials, Surface treatment, and other materials, as well as the processing technologies).

  • Identify R&D project ideas and prepare Government, consultancy and training proposals related to novel material and processing technologies development, transfer, and dissemination.

  • Organise and support project prospection with clients and technology partners, deliver training and seminars occasionally, and promote consultancy services, advanced manufacturing service, training, and seminars.

  • Travel to Mainland China or overseas occasionally for on-site consultancy and project prespection.

  • Support ad hoc assignments if necessary.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related Science/Engineering disciplines.

  • With a minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferable related to materials and processing technologies development or engineering.

  • Good command of English, Cantonese or Putonghua.
