What you'll do:

  • Architect and implement intelligent automation systems integrating AI technologies with mechanical, electrical, and control systems for intelligent manufacturing
  • Deeply understand and apply AI technologies to enhance automation capabilities, enabling intelligent decision-making and adaptive control in manufacturing processes
  • Deliver end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptual design through deployment, ensuring solutions meet technical specifications, timeline, and budget requirements
  • Serve as technical liaison with clients, understanding their production pain points, presenting solution proposals, and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, system specifications, and project reports in English; conduct technical communications and presentations with international stakeholders
  • Stay at the forefront of AI, Robotics, and automation technology trends, driving continuous innovation and proposing next-generation intelligent manufacturing solutions

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Master's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science/AI, Mechatronics, Intelligent Systems, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, intelligent systems, or related fields
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing intelligent automation systems deployed in production environments
  • Deep understanding of AI's role and value in intelligent automation systems; demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies including machine learning, computer vision with automation solutions to solve practical production problems
  • Candidates with experience in automation tools and their practical application in engineering workflows are highly preferred
  • Complete project lifecycle experience or R&D background in Smart Manufacturing, Automation Equipment, or AI-based Quality Inspection is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with intelligent manufacturing system development and industrial implementation
  • Excellent English proficiency capable of technical documentation, email correspondence, and verbal communication; able to participate in international technical discussions and present to global clients
  • Strong client communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers, build trust, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Innovative thinker, mature, self-motivated, willing to experiment and embrace challenges
