Consultant, Innovative Solutions Development 

Smart Manufacturing Division

Job Duties:

• Implement consultancy and research projects on innovative solutions
• Liaise with clients and partners, develop solutions, innovative ideas and design for new products / systems
• Reasponsible for project prospection, develop and prepare project proposals, and compile reports
• Identify business opportunity with clients and technology partners and pursue collaboration, and support new business development
• Responsible for project and people management, and provide coaching and mentoring to the juniors
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor degree from Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4 years or more solid industrial experience in product / system development, and those with substantial experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in R&D and engineering works
• Experience in handling Government funded projects and project management is an advantage
• Experience in logistics, construction and manufacturing is a plus
• Strong leadership, business acumen, project and client relationship management skills
• Good writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated and teamwork mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
