What you'll do:
- Develop and execute HKPC Academy training programmes for the public, schools, and corporates
- Provide professional consultancy services related to learning and development, including training needs analysis, programme structure design and training support to achieve Council objectives
- Formulate business development and marketing initiatives for promoting training services as well as design, develop and manage public training programmes; training areas include business management, information technology, advanced manufacturing and ESG
- Liaise with schools, industry associations, corporates and professional bodies to identify training needs and develop relevant programmes
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for programme promotion and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders
- Be innovative and resourceful in developing new programmes in a timely manner
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience in public training programme development and administrative experience; preferably with relevant experience in learning and development consultancy, curriculum and programme design
- Proven track record in building L&D related consultancy services to corporate clients with strong business results
- Connections with industry associations and educational professional bodies are highly preferred
- Candidates who can demonstrateknowledge of AI, or experience andability to apply Generative AI tools intheir work, will be preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
