Job Description

What you'll do:
- Responsible for project prospection and implementation of government-funded and consultancy project in new energy industry, engineering and management, emerging applications development
- Prepare and coordinate project documentation and proposals; collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Hands-on management of emerging applications projects, including defining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk mitigation to achieve business goals
- Liaise with industry partners and pursue collaboration for creating new project as well as commercialisation
- Travel to Chinese Mainland or overseas for on-site project work and support occasionally
- Support ad hoc projects and assignment
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 4 years or above solid experience in new energy or emerging applications related development
- Experience in project management and technology commercialisation is a plus
- Experience in government projects and government funded projects is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong client-driven mindset, comfortable with people interaction
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
