Job Description

What you'll do:
- Responsible for generating innovative idea, design, submission of proposals seeking government fund(s), implement and documentation of R & D projects (e.g. ITF projects)
- Identify and analyse customer needs and prepare proposals, technical reports or gap analysis writing, manage and deliver the project on product/process development in timely and quality manner
- Collaborate with internal business partners, clients, and vendors to ensure successful execution of events and other collaborative initiatives.
- Identifying and curate new projects / initiatives for business development
- Support Council initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
- Travel occasionally to mainland China or other countries to carry out projects
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field with 4 or more years of working experience
- Experience in production lines is preferred
- Strong project management skills, with experience in government-funded projects being an advantage
- Strong sense of cyber security, accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information and office matters
- Experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good presentation and report writing skills, mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
